When The Messiah, Yahusha, was crucified, each day began at sunset and then came morning just as in Genesis:
“Elohim called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. So there was evening, and there was morning, one day.” B’resheet (Gen)‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬

So, each day began with NIGHT and ended with LIGHT. This was still the accounting of 3 nights and 3 days after the crucifixion. You can’t make ‘Good Friday’ to Sunday morning 3 days and 3 nights. The fact is that it was TWO SABBATHS the week of the CRUCIFIXION.

The Passover was the Preparation Day and the First day of the Days of Unleavened Bread was a High Sabbath, followed by the weekly Sabbath later:

“It was Preparation Day, and the Yahudim (Judeans) did not want the bodies to remain on the stake on Shabbath, since it was High Shabbath.
